We are writing this to update you on our dealings with COVID-19 and how we are protecting our employees and limit its spread; all the while supporting our customers and suppliers the best we can. At present, ChemSpec Ltd. (USA), ChemSpec Mexico, and ChemSpec Canada are operating normally and our various commercial warehousing remains open. We do not anticipate this changing.

And while I say we are working normally, the large majority of our employees are working from home and have the technology available to help avoid any major disruptions in their workday. I am sure you watch and read about federal and regional governments continuing to crack-down on physical interactions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, but ChemSpec, as a chemical distributor, is considered an essential business that is needed to remain operational, regardless of these government interdictions. But at the same time, we certainly understand why governments are taking the actions they are, and we fully intend to comply and do our absolute best to protect our people, their families and our communities.
